Unilever is one of the oldest multinational companies; its products are available in around 190 countries.

  • Led end-to-end store development and project management for three Unilever brand pop-up stores in New York City: Magnum Ice Cream, St. Ives Mixing Bar, and Pure Leaf Teahouse. Managed feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, construction, and final decommissioning.

  • Partnered closely with Brand Managers and design agencies to define each store’s experiential goals and community focus. Conducted detailed feasibility studies to align design intent with site constraints. Oversaw architectural drawings for city approval and construction, coordinated millwork fabrication, and managed procurement across all categories. Established an in-operation repair program and ensured alignment at every phase before lease execution.

    • Delivered three unique, immersive brand experiences on time and on budget
